Short answers to the questions learners ask most often about accounts, levels, payments, premium access and technical problems on LienguaFlow.

Accounts and levels

Creating an account is free and takes under a minute. If you are unsure where to start, take the placement test — it returns your CEFR band and a per-skill breakdown, and you can retake it later to confirm progress. Your level, saved words and progress are stored on your account.

Payments and premium

Premium is optional and the core platform stays free. After a successful payment the premium sections unlock automatically. If access does not appear, send the transaction reference to support@lienguaflow.ir and it will be fixed. Refund conditions are on the terms page.

Technical problems

If a page fails to load or audio does not play, first refresh and check that your browser is up to date. The platform works on modern Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Persistent problems are best reported through the support page with the page address and a short description of what happened.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot my password. What now?
Use the “forgot password” link on the sign-in page to reset it by email.
Does my progress sync across devices?
Yes. Progress, saved words and bookmarks are tied to your account, so signing in elsewhere brings them with you.
How do I cancel or stop premium?
Contact support and the team will handle the cancellation and explain what access you keep until the period ends.

پرسش‌های پرتکرار

پاسخ‌های کوتاه به پرسش‌هایی که زبان‌آموزان بیشتر دربارهٔ حساب، سطح، پرداخت، دسترسی ویژه و مشکلات فنی لینگوا فلو می‌پرسند.

حساب کاربری و سطح

ساخت حساب رایگان است و کمتر از یک دقیقه طول می‌کشد. اگر نمی‌دانید از کجا شروع کنید، آزمون تعیین سطح را بدهید؛ سطح CEFR و تفکیک هر مهارت را برمی‌گرداند و بعداً می‌توانید برای تأیید پیشرفت دوباره شرکت کنید. سطح، واژه‌های ذخیره‌شده و پیشرفت روی حساب شما ذخیره می‌شوند.

پرداخت و عضویت ویژه

عضویت ویژه اختیاری است و هستهٔ پلتفرم رایگان می‌ماند. پس از پرداخت موفق، بخش‌های ویژه خودکار باز می‌شوند. اگر دسترسی ظاهر نشد، شمارهٔ تراکنش را به support@lienguaflow.ir بفرستید تا رفع شود. شرایط بازگشت وجه در صفحهٔ قوانین است.

مشکلات فنی

اگر صفحه‌ای باز نمی‌شود یا صدا پخش نمی‌شود، اول صفحه را تازه کنید و ببینید مرورگرتان به‌روز است. پلتفرم روی کروم، اج، فایرفاکس و سافاری مدرن کار می‌کند. مشکلات پایدار را بهتر است از طریق صفحهٔ پشتیبانی همراه با نشانی صفحه و توضیح کوتاه گزارش کنید.

رمز عبورم را فراموش کرده‌ام. چه کنم؟
از پیوند «فراموشی رمز عبور» در صفحهٔ ورود استفاده کنید تا از طریق ایمیل بازنشانی شود.
پیشرفت من بین دستگاه‌ها همگام می‌شود؟
بله. پیشرفت، واژه‌های ذخیره‌شده و نشانک‌ها به حساب شما گره خورده‌اند؛ پس ورود در دستگاهی دیگر آن‌ها را همراه می‌آورد.
چطور عضویت ویژه را لغو کنم؟
با پشتیبانی تماس بگیرید؛ تیم لغو را انجام می‌دهد و توضیح می‌دهد تا پایان دوره چه دسترسی‌ای باقی می‌ماند.
